NPA defeats Mogalakwena municipal manager’s urgent court bid
The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) has successfully opposed an urgent High Court application by Mogalakwena Local Municipality manager Morris Maluleke to challenge a magistrate’s decision to keep him behind bars pending his
