Tsaka RSA faces statutory rape charge over alleged sex with minor
The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) has added a statutory rape charge against potty -mouthed lekompo artist Paul Madubanyana, popularly known as Tsaka RSA, over allegations that he had sex with a minor.
