Competition Commission takes medical imaging giants to Tribunal
The Competition Commission has referred four major diagnostic medical imaging equipment suppliers to the Competition Tribunal for prosecution over alleged anti-competitive conduct in the servicing, repair and maintenance of medical imaging equipment.
