Internationally acclaimed composer and producer Lebo M and his wife, model and actor Mrs Mo, will make their first public appearance as a married couple on an international stage in France next week.
Lebo M, born Lebohang Morake, and Mrs Mo, whose real name is Nomoya Dube, have jetted off to France to attend Paris Fashion Week, which starts on Monday, 28 September, and ends on 6 October , 2026.
The couple’s attendance was announced by its publicity manager, Sipmhiwe Majola, in a statement released on 24 September 23, 2026.
Lebo M paid lobola for Mrs Mo last month after they got married in January this year.
Majola said the two will make a grand appearance at the prestigious event as guests supporting celebrated South African luxury fashion house MaXhosa Africa and its founder and creative director, Laduma Ngxokolo.
The couple’s presence, he added, forms part of a wider celebration of South African creative excellence, as African fashion, music, film and cultural storytelling continue to command increasingly influential positions on international stages.
He said Paris Fashion Week will also mark an important fashion and positioning moment for Mrs Mo, whose creative identity spans modelling, acting, fashion and screen.
Majola said the presence of Mrs Mo, who acted in the telenovela The Queen, at Paris Fashion Week introduces a new chapter focused on building her individual creative footprint while celebrating contemporary African fashion.
He further said the couple’s Paris appearance forms part of a broader cultural positioning platform exploring the intersection of heritage, culture, fashion, music and global African influence.
“Under the theme Africa in Paris: Culture in Motion, the moment celebrates African creativity not as a visitor to global culture, but as one of its influential contributors,” he said.
Lebo M said he was excited about attending the event.
